The grass is always greener

I'm not bench blogging this Saturday morning. It rained last night and the bench is wet. So, instead, I just roamed around the yard taking a few shots of various things. I am trying to learn all of the camera settings on my Rebel and have been experimenting with the aperture and shutter speeds. I think eventually I'll learn how to use the crazy thing and can take some really awesome pictures. I am pretty happy with these few that I took this morning.

I'm also experimenting around with this blog's layout and colors. I'm not sure I completely like the way it looks right now. Eventually I plan to host it on my own server and it will all change. But, until then I guess I'll just use what blogger has to offer.
