An open door
"Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me." -Revelation 3:20
Since writing my LOCKED OUT post, I've received some really nice emails from a few folks. A long-time reader from Georgia sent me THIS article which let me know that I'm not alone! Another reader emailed to just let me know that he was praying for me. Another reader, and native Knoxvillian who now lives down in South Carolina, was kind enough to share his testimony with me. I have a renewed spirit. Several things have fallen into place for me and I feel that I'm on the right path. I have deleted a few of the blogs that I was trying to keep up and I discontinued my popular Knoxville Trivia Blog. I am going to start Seminary classes from Crown College. They offer a Masters of Ministry degree through their extended studies. I've prayed about it and talked with my wife about it and I have a peace about starting. I'm both nervous and excited about this new opportunity that God has lead me into. If you bothered reading this far, I'd like to ask you to remember me and my family in your prayers.
