Although it was a sad occasion preaching a funeral for a great man and faithful church member, it was so nice to see my cousin Danny again. If you recall, he is the one that nicknamed me "Tug" when I was just a young boy. We are both getting older and grayer but it still feels like we are kids whenever we get together.
Hi, I'm Tug, it's not my real name, but a name that was given to me by one of my older cousins when I was just a kid. I'll be posting some stories of how things were when I was growing up. I'm doing this in hopes that someday my kids and my grandkids will be able to go back and read about what it was like growing up being just a poor East, TN boy.
